1. Are you modular home customizable? Do you limit what size can I build for my home?

Yes, we can customize your home. All you need to do is bring us your own plans or layouts, we can help design and build your dream home and turn it into reality. Currently, we have 2 models available, one and two bedrooms, approximately 400- 800 square feet, but if you require a bigger space, we can customize for you and build you a bigger unit.
2. What is the lead time for getting my home?

2-3 months after you confirm you design and selections.
3. What are the requirements or preparation I need to do on site?

You need to prepare foundation or pillings, finish electrical, water and septic or sewer connections before we deliver and come in for installation of your modular homes. We will help you in preparing and provide you a checklist.
4. How do you build your modular homes and what kind of materials you use?

We use heavy duty steel frame as structure of our homes, spray foam insulation, triple-glazed windows, fire- proof aluminum panels exterior and moist-resistant panels as interior walls, Sherwin William water-base paint for customized millworks through the whole house.
5. Are you CSA certified?

Yes. All our modular homes adhere to CSA A277 standards. Your home will undergo a thorough quality assurance audit and pass QC check by an authorized third party before delivery.
6. How is your modular home build?

All of our homes will be built by our facility from beginning to finishing with zero onsite construction waste and minimum damage to the environment.
7. Are your modular homes same or similar to container homes?

No. Our modular homes are built using the same method as tradition stick-built home, except we use heavy steel frame for a more sturdy and durable structure. We use OSB board and spay foam in between our walls that is healthier, more breathable and energy efficient, so we are different from container homes and much better than container homes in every way.
8. Do I need to apply a permits or what permits do I need?

You need to consult with your regional district or city to know the permit requirements for your modular home. Our home are CSA approved and quality assurance audit and check by a reputable third party and the permit process should be no issue at all.
9. Where can you ship your modular homes?

Typically, we can ship everywhere to the world because of the design of homes. Part of the walls are foldable, so does the floor and roof tops can be taken down during translation and our 400 SQFT modular home can fit into a 40 feet open top container and ship everywhere to the world. Moreover, our home can be expandable and stackable by connecting them vertically or horizontally to build into bigger homes. You can tow them or put on a flatbed truck and tow them to the location you like.
10. Does your homes come in with a heater or conditioner?

Yes, every home will equip with heat pump.
